3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

We may cancel or modify orders if pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues arise.
Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING ORDERS
If you purchase a subscription product, you authorize Copacetic Harvest Coffee & Tea to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan selected at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard (if available) or by contacting us at Admin@copaceticharvestcoffeeandtea.com
before your next billing date.
Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. If you cancel after a renewal charge has been processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time.
5. PRICING AND BILLING
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and handling charges will be added at checkout where required.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
