Refund policy

At Copacetic Harvest LLC (doing business as Copacetic Harvest Coffee & Tea), we are committed to delivering high-quality coffee and tea products. Due to the nature of our products as consumable food items, we maintain specific return guidelines outlined below.

1. ALL SALES FINAL ON CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, all coffee and tea products are considered final sale once shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened products

Unopened consumable products

Change of mind

Taste preference

Incorrect product selection

Subscription renewals once processed

Because our products are ingestible, we cannot restock or resell returned consumables.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of confirmed delivery.

Your email must include:

Your full name

Order number

Clear photos of the product

Clear photos of the packaging

A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

If approved, we may provide one of the following at our discretion:

Replacement product

Store credit

Refund to original payment method

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.

3. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription purchases are billed automatically according to the frequency selected at checkout.

Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.

Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date.

Canceling after renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

Customers may manage or cancel subscriptions through their account (if enabled) or by contacting us before their renewal date.

4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Copacetic Harvest LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors

Contacting your local post office or carrier

Filing a claim with the shipping carrier

We are not obligated to replace orders confirmed as delivered.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
