At Copacetic Harvest, we value clarity and intention in every part of your experience — including how you purchase from us. Below you’ll find details about subscriptions, pre-orders, and any try-before-you-buy offerings.

Subscriptions

When you enroll in a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of your selected coffee or tea based on the frequency you choose at checkout (for example, every 2 weeks or every month).

Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you choose a prepaid option (if available).

Managing Your Subscription

You may:

Pause

Modify

Skip a shipment

Update your shipping address

Cancel at any time

You can manage your subscription through the link in your order confirmation email or by logging into your customer account.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, changes must be made before your upcoming billing date.

If you cancel, your subscription will not renew moving forward.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally, we may offer items that are not yet in stock but available for pre-order.

When placing a pre-order:

You may be charged in full at checkout, or

You may be charged a partial deposit, with the remaining balance charged before shipment

Your payment method may be securely stored for final processing.

Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.

Once the order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may qualify for a return or refund according to our Returns Policy.

Estimated fulfillment timelines for pre-orders will be clearly stated on the product page.

Try Before You Buy (If Offered)

If we offer a try-before-you-buy option, your payment method will be authorized prior to shipment.

You will have a designated evaluation period (stated at checkout) to decide whether to keep the item.

If the item is not returned within the stated timeframe, your payment method will be charged the full purchase amount.

Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our Returns Policy.
