1. PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

During high-volume periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping (Domestic Only)

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders only. International rates apply.

3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Copacetic Harvest LLC (doing business as Copacetic Harvest Coffee & Tea) is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Please check with neighbors or your local carrier.

File a claim directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Failure to report damage within 5 days may result in denial of replacement.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If international shipping is offered:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Delivery times for international orders vary and are not guaranteed. Copacetic Harvest LLC (doing business as Copacetic Harvest Coffee & Tea) is not responsible for delays due to customs processing or local postal services.

8. ORDER DELAYS

We reserve the right to delay shipments in cases of inventory issues, suspected fraud, or unforeseen operational disruptions. If a delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
