How should I store my coffee and tea?

To keep your coffee and tea fresh and flavorful, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Use airtight containers to preserve freshness and protect from air exposure. Avoid storing near strong odors, as coffee and tea can absorb them. For ground coffee, use within 2-3 weeks of opening for best flavor. Whole bean coffee stays fresh longer - up to a month. Tea should be used within 6-12 months for optimal taste. Never refrigerate or freeze, as this can introduce moisture and affect quality.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Do I need to buy coffee filters?

Most of our coffee products don't require additional filters! Our coffee pods (K compatible) (Bali, Peru, Mexico) and single-serve capsules are self-contained, instant coffee dissolves directly in water, and cold brew is ready to enjoy. Our ground coffee varieties (like Coffee with Mushrooms) can be brewed with your preferred method - whether that's a reusable filter, French press, pour-over, or traditional drip coffee maker with paper filters you may already have at home.

Why does the name on my coffee bag look different from the name on the website?

At Copacetic Harvest Coffee & Tea, we thoughtfully curate premium coffees sourced from trusted roasting partners.
Your bag may display the origin name used by our roasting partner, while our website may use a curated Copacetic Harvest name for the same coffee.

This allows us to maintain fresh, small-batch roasting and efficient fulfillment while still bringing you a carefully selected collection of coffees.

Regardless of the name on the bag, the coffee you receive is the exact coffee you ordered.
